Thank you for choosing me for your photo session! Please review the following important policies:

Deposit & Payment: A $25 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the session. Acceptable payments can be made with cash or Cash App ($ISH23H) .

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in forfeiting the deposit.

No-Call, No-Show: If you miss your appointment without notifying, it will be treated as a no-call, no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited. Future bookings will require payment in full upfront.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled session within 30 days.

Late Fees: After a 30-minute grace period, your session will be canceled, and you will need to reschedule.

Session Location: Your shoot will take place at the set location(s) of your choice. These locations are final unless there are changes due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If so, we will discuss a new location or reschedule at no additional cost to you.

It’s also recommended to bring friends along for a more relaxed experience as well as to assist with small details during the shoot. However, bringing a large group may take focus away from the actual pictures. Which ever choice you make is fine by me.

Photo Usage & Rights: By booking a session, you allow to use of your photos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you prefer specific photos not to be used, please let us know in writing before the session.
